Having holidayed at Glendhu Bay, Wanaka with our family for many years, we retired from farming in Central Otago and now live in this wonderful location renowned for its natural beauty and adventure tourism.

With my husband Boyd, I have been working for Patersons Real Estate in Wanaka for over 7 years. Boyd works with me as my PA, and we particularly enjoy meeting and talking to the lucky residents that have lived here much longer than us.

We both strongly believe that the key to a stress free real estate transaction is the time that we devote to getting to know the Vendor or Buyer, and understanding their specific requirements.  As we all well know, no two transactions are the same and there is no ‘one size fits all’ when you are involved in property.
